Are there any preservatives in these products?

There are no chemical preservatives in any of our products. We use vitamin E as a natural preservative in every product. We use natural antioxidants and plant-based ingredients to keep our formulas fresh and effective. Because our products are all-natural, we recommend storing them in a cool, dry place and using them within 6–12 months for the best aromatherapy and skin benefits.

When will my order ship?

All products are made to order. Please allow 1-3 days of processing before shipment. All orders are shipped with USPS 2-day shipping. You will receive emails with your order’s progress.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because our products are made to order with custom aromatherapy blends for your needs, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, in the (extremely rare!) case that you are unsatisfied with a product, depending on the product and its price, you may be eligible for a refund or reshipment. If you’re truly unsatisfied, please reach out to our team at solylunaskincare@gmail.com within 15 days of your purchase, and we'll assist you with the next steps.
